Self defense for women

When you view through the media or census, violence statistics is

stunning how many girls get sexually assaulted before they turn 18.
The numbers vary, but it is close to 25%. Considering in some
societies, such incidents remain unreported and the numbers might
be even higher.

The subject of women self defense workshops are more complex. It

includes many concepts of violence and self-protection.

Any ordinary criminal has problems of a psychological nature. Rapists

are a lot worse psychologically. Their goals are different; they are
usually mentally and emotionally disturbed and react unlike other
people. Women have different musculature and bone structure than
man, so in most cases they are destined to face heavier and stronger
attackers. Experience from previous situations can additionally
disturb a woman emotionally, causing panic or freezing.
Self Defense in my class does not consists of drilling women to
develop some above average athletic abilities in order to defend
themselves. I teach how to save yourself using capabilities you
already have, learning to work with fear, evaluate situations,
overcome shock and fear, develop mobility and free movement, and
learn basic principles of distance and timing.
Benefits:

1. Being confident and developing the abilities to defend

2. No negative impact on the physical or psychological composition of

the person, training without stress or physical damage

3. Happiness
