MOTION FOR EXECUTION OF JUDGMENT

WITH MOTION TO SET PRE-EXECUTION CONFERENCE

Complainant, through the undersigned counsel and to this Honorable

Court respectfully alleges:

That judgment was rendered by this Honorable Court in favor of the

Complainant on October 20, 2018, which was received by the undersigned
counsel on November 04, 2020.

That said judgment was duly received by Respondent, and did not file
any Motion for Reconsideration or an Appeal. Hence, the Motion for the
Execution of the Monetary Award is prayed for.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that an order be issued by this

Honorable Court for a writ of execution of said judgment with a Motion to
set this case for a Pre-Execution conference.

OTHER RELIEFS just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
