Recipe Conversion Factor (RCF)

New amount or Desired Yield/Old amount or Original yield = RCF

Ex. Desired Yield (new) is 80 and the Original yield (old) is 20.
New/Old=RCF 80/20 = 4 (RCF)
Then you multiply all ingredient amounts by the RCF to achieve the new
amount for each ingredient in the recipe.

Hint:
If the RCF is GREATER than 1 (1, 2, 3) then you are Increasing the yield.
If the RCF is LESS than 1 (0.1, 0.2, 0.3) you are Decreasing the yield.
