2019 MEMBERSHIP DRIVE

Our Story
The Non Commissioned Officers Association, more commonly known as NCOA, is a strong voice on
Capitol Hill and with the Veterans Administration. Our members and chapters around the world are making
a difference in their local communities by sponsoring quality of life programs both on and off the Military
Bases.
We encourage you to visit our website and see the Benefits which include: Hotel and rental Car discount
program, Finance and Legal Services, Educational Benefits, Scholarships, Entertainment and Travel
Discount Program. . Today NCOA remains a vital fraternal, benevolent, non-profit organization and acts as
a conduit between the military and civilian communities in local areas.

Our Mission
The NCOA was established in 1960 to enhance and maintain the quality of life for noncommissioned and
petty officers in all branches of the Armed Forces, Active Duty, National Guard, Reserves, Veterans
(separated and retired), widows, and their families.

2019 MEMBERSHIP DRIVE INCENTIVES

Sign up 1 New Member and be entered into a drawing for VISA Gift Cards for $200, $300,
$500. First Gift Card Drawing will be held in July at the NCOA Conference. Name of
Sponsor must be on Membership Application with Code 2019. If New Member joins
online the new Member must indicate Sponsor Name on the Application. Encourage the
New Member to sign up a new Member!

Ongoing Incentive: Sign up 3 or more New Members and receive a Special Recruiting
Challenge Coin. Enter Code E1R3 On Application. If New Member joins online the new
Member must indicate Sponsor Name on the Application.
