The Company

Elite Basra Company (EBC) was established specifically to bring

relevant solutions to our customers in the most challenging
environments.

Our goal at EBC is to offer custom solutions for every challenge

in the areas of operations & maintenance, Logistics services,
environmental services, engineering & construction, catering
services, labor supply, material & equipment and medical
services.

EBC is run by a team of Iraqi and multinational professionals, with

a variety of skills, disciplines and business backgrounds, brought
together by an entrepreneur, Majed Sawadi Dhaher to promote
and develop commercial opportunities in Iraq.

EBC ’s lean, non-beauraucratic structure allows the company to

respond quickly to market needs in a challenging environment,
leading to efficient service and enhanced customer satisfaction.

EBC Provides integrated services constructing temporary and permanent

facilities and civil engineering solutions in remote areas, disaster zones,
and post-conflict theatres.

Ready Mix Concrete Division

EBC & its partners production facilities are well supported by skilled and experienced
technicians and a fleet of transit mixers and pouring pumps. The plants are having a
cement storage capacity in addition to storage facilities of other raw materials. The
company maintains bulk stocks of cement and other raw materials for production.
There are several Concrete Plants for wet and dry mixing which are running efficiently
and supplying concrete for our projects and also supplying to Customers all around
Southern of Iraq.

KHOR AL ZUBAIR PLANT

This plant is located on 15,000 m2 of land. the plant Capacity of 120m3/h concrete
plant, two workshops, a laboratory and other associated facilities. The scope of
services performed at this plant are mainly associated with supplying projects with
pre-mix concrete, and fabricating double-T roofing, supporters and piles.

NORTH RUMAILA PLANT

This plant is located on 5,000 m2 Capacity 120m3/h stationary batch plant. This plant
produces premix concrete for the majority of North Rumaila projects

NEW BASRA INDUSTRIAL ZONE

This plant is located on 30,000 m2 of land. The plant has one 120m3/h stationary
batch plant, two 60 m3/h mobile plants, and one gravel crusher. This plant produces
precast concrete products such as inverted T-walls, barriers, bunkers, piles, and pipe
supporters.

SOUTH RUMAILA PLANT 1&2

Each plant is located on 5,000 m2 of land. The capacity of each plant is 120m3/h
stationary batch plant, both plants produce premix concrete for the South Rumaila
projects

Cable Laying & Termination EBC undertake both underground and over-ground cable laying and termination work,
including supply in any voltage level. Highly skilled and competence cable jointers are our
main strength. Our qualified engineers design systems for newest IET/IEEE standards.

EBC and their skilled engineers have experience in undertaking the three main methods
of laying underground cables:

Direct Laying Draw-in System Solid System

Our Capabilities include but not limited to:

Catering / Life Support

At EBC, we strive to achieve that subtle comfort by providing complete catering services to Oil & Gas, government workers and
commercial sector clients located in remote and challenging locations.

We offer a full range of food supply services from dining facility construction, to water bottling and supply, to large-scale labor
support.

We provide food that is healthy and delicious, sourced fresh and climate controlled throughout the storage and delivery process.

We offer menus that feature American, Arabic, Asian, British and European dishes in addition to ethnic menus.

Equipments

EBC offers rentals of heavy equipment and material handling such as, Forklift, Telehandler, RTCH, Cranes,
Dump truck, Backhoe loader, Skid Loader, Trailer and other equipment from 1 day to a year with / or without
driver/operator and sched-uled service and maintenance according to your project need.

Our rental agreements are flexible and tailor made for the customer’s specific requirements. Long Term rentals
give you all the benefits of use with and none of the risks of ownership. Short-term rental solutions can help
customers react immediately to a situation with a predicted cost.

of people, preservation of the envi-ronment, quality of the

EBC requires an active commitment to HSEQ from all our people

and contrac-tors in all work activities.

Our country specific HSEQ teams monitored by our group HSEQ

management are responsible and accountable for ensuring
compliance with all HSEQ policies and procedures and our
Corporate HSE and Quality Policies.

We will always communicate openly on HSEQ issues with our

stakeholders and share with them our experience and knowledge

Purpose of our Health and Safety policy

EBC acknowledges the moral, legal and financial responsibility to protect and safe-guard our
employees and other persons affected by our activities against occupa-tional risk to their
health or safety arising from any of the operations associat-ed with the company.

Our health and safety policy sets out the commitment of the company to a healthy and safe
work environment. It defines the organisation and how it manages health and safety, thus assist-
ing all involved to create the requisite environment.

As a minimum, the company will comply with all relevant legislation, as well as industry stan-
dards. We take all reasonable precautions and exercise due diligence to ensure that all our sites
comply with our policies and procedures.

Training Policy
EBC is committed to provide training and development needs as appropriate for each individu-
al’s duties and responsibilities – this will always include HSEQ training.

Camp managers are responsible for ensuring that appropriate training is given to employees for
the task in hand, with individual competency evaluations as per the Company’s standards.
