Please send $4500 to "business" and $600 to "trust." I know I quoted you $5000.00 to
start, but upon further consideration I decided that $500 would probably not cover the
expenses associated with filing and completing service upon all of the defendants.
Looking forward to working with you both. If you want to talk over the weekend, just
call or text me on my cell : 954-200-1511.

Just now taking a look at the attachments, and have to run, of all things, a bank
errand. Let's move our call to 3:30. OK?
Trent,
x Patricia King Consent Judgment. This is a precedent and we want to file numerous others as
part of the larger RICO case we have pending in the Southern District of New York. Patricia King
Case Study
x In the SDNY, we have pending breach of contracts, torts, fraud in the inducement and Civil Rico
claims against JPMorgan Chase. My counsel in that case is Helen Chaitman. She is a very
prominent litigator in New York and has published the book JPMadoff. www.jpmadoff.com
x We would like to use the additional quiet title claims to further the Civil RICO claims and further
define the RICO enterprise. We are also looking to get discovery in the quiet title claims, including
that of NTC and MERS who are non-parties in the SDNY case. I think they should be defendants in
the quiet title claims so we can expedite overall discovery. MRS v JPMC Doc 67, Third Amended Complaint,
August 24, 2015

x As I mentioned, Covington and Burling represent JPMC in both the Qui Tam case and the case in
the SDNY which is for damages to my entities. Covington tried to transfer the SDNY matter to
D.C.(with a little help from the DOJ), as it is in both their interests to conceal the truth. Attached is
Judge Francis’s order denying the motion to transfer. MRS v JPMC Doc 75, Memo and Order Denying
Transfer, October 28, 2015
x We are waiting for the Magistrate Judge in New York to rule on our motion to compel, as JPMC
has not produced even one document in discovery. We have produced over 200,000 pages of
documents.. We expect the judge to rule on the papers or schedule a hearing in the very near
future. MRS v JPMC Doc 94, Motion To Compel, May 27, 2016
x These are a few of the Q.T. (or cloud title…, to strike the release). We would like to file six +/-
cases in six different counties here in Florida. Upon filing these suits, we intend to file a TRO in the
SDNY case for the activity of releasing our liens and a number of other issues across the country.
o Pierrivil – Dade County
o Ayaz – Palm Beach County
o Oliviera – Lee County
x All of the cases have the same basic set of facts, just changing names, dates and legal
descriptions.
The facts include JPMC using it’s MERS “Certifying Officers” as Vice Presidents of JPMorgan
Chase Bank, N.A.

We have one or more other whistleblower cases pending and we have several more planned. In light
of what Mr. Figueroa has experienced, you can understand my concerns about confidentiality. We
were hoping that you can be part of the overall advocacy in bringing Wall Street Fraud to an
end. Although we are looking to resolve the fraudulent title issues, I believe the suits can be
overbroad to expose many of the frauds identified in the Figueroa suit, so please wipe the dust off of
that 2010 complaint. Many allegations are still factually correct and apply to the ongoing frauds.
Sincerely,
Larry Schneider
