1 SPECIFICATIONS:

1.01 Structural Concrete Specifications:

1.01.01 Concrete footing and columns shall be Class A.
1.01.03 All reinforcing bars 12mmØ and below shall be Grade 40 (PNS 49).
1.01.04 All reinforcing bars 20mmØ and above shall be Grade 60 (PNS 49).
1.02 Masonry Specifications:
1.02.01 Concrete hollow block (CHB) 4" shall be non-load bearing, 500psi (3.5Mpa).
1.02.02 Concrete hollow block (CHB) 6" shall be load bearing, 750psi (5.175Mpa).
1.03 Structural Steel Specification:
1.03.01 All rolled steel members and steel plates shall be ASTM A36.
1.04 Architectural Specification:
1.04.01 C-Purlins and welded wire mesh shall be painted with epoxy primer for rust resistance.
1.05 Earthworks Specification:
1.05.01 Gravel bedding shall be 3/4"Ø gravel and 100mm thick.

2 SCOPE OF WORKS (refer to drawings)

2.01 Wire Mesh Perimeter Fence
2.01 Excavation up to 0.50 meter depth for 70 wire mesh post and footing.
2.02 Layout of 166 linear meter x 2 meter wire mesh perimeter fence.
2.03 Provide 0.30 x 0.30 footing to 100mm x 50mm x 6mm THK C-Purlin post with a total of 70 posts.
2.04 Provide welded 2m high steel matting in between posts.
2.05 Provide base epoxy primer painting for rust protection.
2.06 Provide top coat enamel paint.

2.02 Concrete Perimeter Fence

2.01 Excavation up to 0.70 meter depth for 20 columns and wall footing.
2.02 Layout of 57.7 linear meter x 2 meter CHB perimeter wall.
2.03 Provide 0.60 x 0.25 footing, 0.30 x 0.20 wall footing tie beam to 0.20 x 0.20 column with a total of 20 columns.
2.04 Layout of 2m x 57.7m CHB perimeter wall with minimal joint plastering both ends.
