= 5 mA.

18. Determine the value of RS required for a self- biased JFET to produce ID = 2.5 mA when
VGS = -3 V.

20. For each circuit in Figure 8– 66, determine VDS and VGS.
21. Using the curve in Figure 8– 67, determine the value of RS required for a 9.5 mA drain
current.

24. Graphically determine the Q- point for the circuit in Figure 8– 69( a) using the transfer
