3 Identification of hazards for people and environment


Irritating to skin and eyes. Ingestion may cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea.

4 First aid measures


Eyes contact................Irrigate with fresh water for at least ten minutes holding eyelids apart.
Skin.............................Wash off with plenty of water.
Inhalation....................If inhaled - remove to fresh air. No serious effect.
Ingestion .....................Rinse mouth with water and give plenty of water to drink. Do not induce
vomiting. If symptoms persist seek medical advice and treat symptomatically.

5 Fire fighting measures


No specific measures required as this product is a fire extinguishing medium. If product containers are
involved in fire then suitable extinguishing media should be applied.

6 Accidental release measures


Washing of any spillages into drains should be avoided. Absorb spillage with absorbent granules and
transfer to containers for safe disposal.

Product should be diluted with water before use.
7.1 Handling precautions
Avoid repeated inhalation or contact with eyes and skin of the foam concentrate.

Product should be stored in sealed original containers above the freezing point and below 40°C.

8 Exposure controls and personal protection


Installations and precautions to advice: In case of regularly use it is recommended to install a dust
aspirator system.
Personal Protection: Use of gloves, goggles and protective clothing is recommended.

Ecological information
As product is intended as a fire fighting foam it will create copious quantities of foam if washed into
