Subject: Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Material Handling System for

West Port, Mundra.

Ref. : LoI No. MPSEZL/WP/MHS/08/02, dated: 19th Nov, 2008.

Dear Sir,
We are pleased to award the Service Order for the work of “Erection, Testing and
Commissioning of Material Handling System for West Port, Mundra.” as per the
terms and conditions mentioned below.

The Total Value of the Contract: Rs. 44,04,06,500.00/- (Rupees Forty Four Crore Four
Lac Six Thousand Five Hundred Only), towards completion of your entire
responsibilities under this Contract. The Contract Price is based on the approximate
quantities of various items and firm unit rates indicated in the Bill of Approximate
Quantities and Schedule of Rates enclosed at Appendix - I herewith.

Effective Date: 19th Nov, 2008.

Mobilization of resources at site : 01st Jan, 2009.
Completion Date: Entire scope of work shall be completed as per the following
schedule.
a) Phase I – On or before 31st Mar, 2010.
b) Phase II – On or before 30th Jun, 2010.
c) Phase III – On or before 18th Nov, 2010.

This Service Order is accompanied by the following Appendices, which shall form
integral part of the Contract:
