Tom

Thanks for your simple, yet direct analysis of my inquiry to you about
potentially sending a remittance directly to Surigao del Sur, to a
recipient yet unknown. But such a potential recipient "might" be
related to our mutual, extended Peace Corps family.

While you live in South Dakota, I appreciate the amount of "word of

mouth" necessary to generate an idea of how the ensure the maximum
amoout of your money gets to the intended recipients and not to the
"money transferring intermediary."

Fortunately, as you and Lita experienced in your recent all too brief
trip here to Las Vegas, I have the advantage of merely walking over to
the local Seafood City branch and or Goldiocks restaurant to relive my
filipino experiences on a daily basis AND to get the type of answer
that reflects all of your hard work and analysis.

Hopefully, you have shared with your daughter and my god-daughter

Stephanie "some" of our conversations together that I had the good
fortune to have had when you and Lita were here in Las Vegas. It is
nice to experience LIVING filipino "history in the making" on an
everyday basis here Las Vegas, while steading working with an
apparently very "simple" job here with UPS.

Best Regards,

Rick

P S. I forwarded to you another email regarding a book that involves

real U.S. history that confirms my current mailing address. If you
were to look up the name of the book's author, Sam Passo, and to
simply google Sam's name, then you would KNOW where my family is
simply like your family. ... and the pun is intended, of course.
