I am please to furnish a copy of our school documents to your office to proved that we are legally
operating in accordance with the law, DepEd Implementing Rules and Regulations as amended.

I am very sorry, that yesterday two of my teachers visited at your office to deliver our request for us to
furnish a copy of Form 137 of the students who are temporarily enrolled with us, but as you stated in
front of them” ANO BA TONG SCHOOL NYO BASIN PEKE ” being a school operator if that statement is
true, well it very embarrassing and not nice sound to hear from you being school Head as for me being
school administrator operator of 10 colleges nationwide 9 vocational schools, I don’t ever remember
using propane or any poisonous words with my endeavor.

Furthermore, my two teachers humbly request your favorable approval for the early release of the said
form but again in high voices you stated that DILI KAMOY MAG BO-UT KAMI ANG MASUNOD as you
statement.

In my point of view, we are both belong to DepEd family, we are looking forward for the good of the
student or for the DepEd as a whole.
