 Clean gangway – free of oil and grease
 Well lit at night
 Proper gangway net
 Guard rails properly rigged
 Top of gangway main deck clean and painted
 Visitors log and name tag available
 Officers attending should in proper uniform with proper PPE

 Save all's to be free of oil

 All flanges, joints and pipes free of oil

 Machinery sides free of oil

 Engine room well painted and well lit

 Purifier rooms to be clean and free


from oil well lit and painted
