All products in our Webstore carry a Points Value or PV for short. You earn the points on the item by completing the

By activating this 2x2, you will have filled one position in your sponsors currently active 2x2 and to complete yours you

Agreed. Its expensive too to earn that many points. So how do you enter the higher tiers if you cant afford them?
Well, we leverage the payout, using part of the Tier 1 payout to make a purchase for Tier 2 and you keep the remainder.
You can repeat this for each level, leveraging each payout as you go to get you into the next Tier.
This is what we term a Grand Cycle, which progresses straight through all tiers.

Structuring it like this we can make it easy enough for everybody to work their way up to a huge profit.

ACTION 1 - RECYCLE AND DOUBLE
If you only have ONE active 2x2 in a tier and dont have an active 2x2 in the next tier, then on cycle your 2x2 will
reactivate back in the same tier but will double up.
If you have multiple open 2x2s then this step will be skipped and on cycle your 2x2 would activate in the next tier.
So two new 2x2's are opened for you in that tier, the cost of $10.00 is taken from the $16.00 payout and you clear
$6.00, as shown in the table below:

ACTION 2 - CYCLE AND PROGRESS

Once you have MULTIPLE active 2x2s in any tier, when you cycle you move forward a stage and step up to the next tier,
activating a 2x2 matrix in that next tier.
For example - Cycle Tier1 and you are automatically entered into the next tier up, Tier 2.
A Tier 2 requires 15 points to activate and a qualifying purchase can be had for as little as $15.00. The $15.00 is sourced
from your Tier 1 payout of $16.00 and you clear the $1.00 as profit.

ACTION 3 - RECYCLE AND RENEW

Once you have ONE active matrix in a tier and one or more active matrices in the next tier, then every time your 2x2
cycles it renews in the same tier it just cycled in and pays you the difference.

To complete your first progression up through the tiers, you alternate and complete one of each action 1 -> 2 = Recycle
& Double -> Cycle & Progress on each tier.
So you clear one payment of each type thus - ($6 + $1) + ($18 + $3) + ($54 + $9) + ($162 + $27) + ($486 + $81) +
($1458 + 3888) = $6193.00 total.

For the fastest route through to Tier 6 you will have to ensure that you will have an active 2x2 left in each tier before you
cycle. Simply put this means you have to have at least two open 2x2s in a tier before the first cycle. You can do this by
making a purchase to activate directly in each tier you have just entered.

Thus progressing straight through all tiers will give you a $3888.00 payout plus $1 + $3 + $9 + $27 + $81
= $4009.00 total, in just 6 cycles.
SO HOW LONG WILL ALL THIS TAKE?

We know it is possible for an average person to fill their first 2x2 in about a week, once they have got their head around
the concepts and familiarised themselves with the back office. Some do it much faster, some a lot longer depending on
the amount of effort put into building their downline.

If all your downline were to follow suit, then you could complete each Recycle & Double -> Cycle & Progress in each tier
every fortnight to complete your first Grand Cycle.
So in 12 weeks you could have earned $6193 plus you will now have at least one open 2x2 on each tier ready to follow
through every week after.
After this time you would expect to be cycling weekly on each tier earning a total of $4004 for one Recycle and Renew on
every tier.
SOME ADDITIONAL POINTS TO NOTE ON THE 2x2s
» Balanced Fill
There is also something a bit different about the ordering of the placements. The bottom line fills from left in order first,
third, second then fourth.
This balances the legs. First placed under the left leg of the one above, then the right, then back under the left and then
again on the right.
Most matrices fill from left to right and end up with the left hand side full and the right not. Ours is fairer, spreading the
benefits.
» Upline Spillover
If your first level was full and you referred another person before Sue had, their entry would have fallen on Sue's first
level.
Your sponsor, your sponsor's sponsor and your entire upline will help your entries cycle, whenever they fall on anyone's
first level.
» Downline Spillunder
This has to be the most redundant term ever invented for forced matrix programs, but just in case you were wondering,
yes, we have it too.
Once any level in a matrix is filled, any new entries go on the next level below, they dont cross over to the next matrix.
» Multiple entries are allowed
You can have as many entries as you wish open in every tier, there is no limit. In fact we recommend you always keep at
least two open in a tier at all times to ensure you will still have an open one available when your active one cycles.
Watch your open entries get completed before they even become active from spillover activity and benefit from the
efficiency and synergy of your multiple entries cycling through en masse.
» Admin Sweeper Entry
The Admin has no sponsor and Admin entries always recycle in the same tier.
Every time one cycles, the re-entry is placed in the earliest uncompleted members 2x2 matrix, filling any open position
until that 2x2 cycles.
Equivalent to straight line cycling it cleans up until everyone cycles!
» Compression
If one of your frontline is inactive in a tier, but their downline are active, then their positions are passed up to you, as
long as you are active.
» Automated System
When your entries cycle, the system automatically makes your purchases for you and recycles your entries or progresses
your entry. You do not need to do this yourself.
 You can, if you wish, buy further packages with your earnings to boost your cycles.
Even if you start at the higher tiers, the system will pick it up from there.
2x2s SUMMARY
Each 2x2 takes just 6 filled positions to cycle, whether from forced matrix spillover / spillunder, admin's or passed up
from your downline.
Admin Sweeper virtually guarantees you will cycle.
Automated system with cycle payouts of $16, $48, $144, $432, $1296 and $3888.
Clear $4009 or $6193 at the end of Tier 6 from a full cycle.

THE ACTIVITY BONUS MATRIX and earning RESIDUAL INCOME

The Activity Bonus Matrix allows you to earn Purchase and Cycle Bonuses on the activity in your downline and massively
extends the depth to which you can directly benefit from your downline.
Whereas the 2x2s only pay on the second level, the Activity Bonus Matrix can pay from as many as 16 levels.
You will likely have more than one Activity Bonus Center as every 2x2 entry you have must have its MATCHING Activity
Bonus Center to account for the Purchase Bonuses and Cycle Bonuses in each 'Grand Cycle.'
Every Activity Bonus Matrix position pays out the Purchase and Cycle Bonuses from one complete matching Grand Cycle.
For example Bonus Center C1001 will pay out Purchase and Cycle Bonuses on your 2x2 number 100001 in Tier 1 ,
200001 in Tier 2, 300001 in Tier 3, 400001 in Tier 4, 500001 in Tier 5 and 600001 in Tier 6. No others.
Thus, the more 2x2s you activate, the more Bonus Centers you will have.

As with the 2x2s, your centers are placed under your sponsors currently active Bonus Center. Once all positions are
filled, the next in order opens for placements.

Bonus Centers remain active until each position has paid out a Purchase Bonus and Cycle Bonus for each tier. They are
two bonuses that are paid over the lifetime of every 2x2:

• Purchase Bonus - when a 2x2 position is ACTIVATED a Purchase Bonus is paid.

• Cycling Bonus - when a 2x2 CYCLES a Cycle Bonus is paid.
The bonuses are split 16 ways and paid upline into the Activity Bonus Matrix from itsMATCHING Bonus Center. Thus,
whenever a Bonus Center pays out, if it falls within the matrix of one of your Bonus Centers and you are qualified to earn
bonuses on that level, then you earn that bonus.

On how many levels you qualify to receive these bonuses is dependent on your Member Level. They begin at the first 6
levels giving you a 2x6 for Bronze members and increase as your Member Level rises, right up to 16 levels for Iridium
Members giving you a maximum of a 2x16 Bonus Matrix. A complete 2x16 has 131071 paying positions in it.

It is essential to understand this concept. For example - When a Tier 1 2x2 cycles, its Matching Bonus Center pays a
$2.56 cycling bonus into the Activity Bonus Matrix up 16 levels, $0.16 per level.
Might not sound much but consider that if you were an Iridium member with a complete 2x16 Bonus Matrix and
everyone under your Bonus Center cycled just one Tier 1 entry, you would earn 131071 x $0.16 = $20971.36 in Cycling
Bonuses alone.
Plus you would already have earned 131071 x $0.02 = $2621.42 as Purchase Bonuses and in addition to the cycle
payouts.

Iridium members full 2x16 matrix.

STEP UP THE LADDER - FROM FREE TO UPGRADED.

Every member receives access to all the tools and resources in the back office and can start promoting to build their
downline as soon as they join.

We are a sales based organisation and we depend on sales activity to pay commissions. Although it is free to join and to
make use of the back office, participation in the compensation plan requires a purchase.

You may remain a free member for a grace period of 30 days from joining. Before this period expires you must make
your decision to upgrade or not and you must attempt to build your downline and demonstrate some effort.
If you have not upgraded before then, your account will be 'unlocked' and your sponsor may flush you out of their
downline. Any referrals and downline members will then be passed upline to your sponsor.
Once upgraded however, your account is locked and activated for life and you will always keep your downline. You will be
able to advance further up the member levels and fully reap the benefits of your efforts.
MEMBER LEVELS

Our Member Levels provide defined goals and act as a further incentive to ensure continuous growth and sales, in turn

Free - The basic level. Everyone starts here.

You have not yet made a purchase and consequently you do not have any 2x2s. But you do have a 2x8 Activity Bonus
Center.
If you do refer anyone while you are still a Free member, and they make a purchase to activate a 2x2, then their 2x2
entry will be passed upline to your Sponsor.
You will earn Activation and Cycle Bonuses from your downline and may benefit from spillover positions from your upline
in your Activity Bonus Center.
Bronze - You are upgraded to Bronze as soon as you purchase a package to activate a 2x2. You will have a matching
Bonus Center in the Activity Bonus Matrix for every 2x2 you activate and can receive bonuses to 8 levels deep in each of
these.
Silver - You have upgraded and you have you have referred or been gifted one or more Bronze members or higher on
your frontline.
You have at least one Bonus Center and can receive bonuses down to 10 levels in all your Bonus Centers in the Activity
Bonus Matrix.
Gold - You have upgraded and you have two or more Silver or higher members on your frontline.
You have at least one Bonus Center and can receive bonuses down to 12 levels in all your Bonus Centers in the Activity
Bonus Matrix.
Platinum - You have upgraded and you have referred three or more Gold or higher members on your frontline.
