1.) In this case we are dealing with COUNTERPRODUCTIVE WORK BEHAVIOR.

a.)
FIRST I WILL GO THROUGH THE BLOG AND ANALYSE THAT ALL THOSE
STATEMENT POSTED OVER THERE ARE REALLY HAPPENING IN MY COMPANY
OR NOT.
IF NOT ,THEN MOST PROBABLY THOSE PEOPLE WHO POST IN THAT BLOG OR
EITHER NEGATIVE EMPLOYEE OR DISSATISFIED EMPLOYEE. ( LOOKING INWARD
IS WHAT I WILL DO FIRST)

First I will go through the blog and analyse that all those statement posted
over there are really happening in my company or not ( LOOKING INWARD IS
WHAT I WILL DO FIRST).

Then I will try finding out the person who is really doing this but I am not going
to be part of the problem because I don’t don’t want to stoop to their level
by pointing fingers, going negative, or talking badly about them behind
their back.

Then I will start gathering some facts about him by analysing his attitude
in his work and by addressing casualy with his team members and
knowing how well he is working with his team members.So after all this I
can analyse where the problem really occurs.

Now as manager I need to look at the employee not as a problem to


be solved but as a person to be understood.

So now I will chat with him but not about the blogging issue. I will give him
some new responsibility in his team or I will ask him to lead him the team
now onwards because increase in responsibility can bring down his
participation in any other unwanted activities and I will motivate him in few
ways.

b.)
I will instal a Anonymous letter box in the company where employees can
write down their problem or any issue there and that letter will receive it’s
response in every end of the week by me. Doing this way will stop employees
posting their problems in blogs.

I will analyse my whole company that are we having any unconscious biasness
happening in our company and stop that.
4.)

I will frequently tell them about the vision and mission of the company so
that they can understand the purpose of the company and find out how
they can contribute to the company.

I will encourage team work because they can support each other feel their
pressure less. So that qualities like altruism and courtesy can take hold.

I will always identify the best performer in the organisation and reward
them because the sense of noticing keeps them motivated and aware of their
goals.

I will exemplify the types of behaviors I want employees to take on.


Cultures are established at the top, and if workers see leaders being
considerate, jumping in to help when they can, participating in events
outside of work, helping to plan charity events sponsored by the
organization, then workers will have a frame of reference for engaging
in Organizational Citizenship Behaviors.

Goal setting theory;

Giving continuous goals keeps them in track and make them feel more
responsible towards the organisation.
