Key Account Manager

Herbliz ​(Formerly ​New Garden Lab​) is a young, dynamic, fast-growing Berlin start-up
specializing in manufacturing and retail of high-quality CBD products and hemp products for
health and wellness markets. It is our mission to get even more people excited and informed
about the many positive health benefits of CBD (cannabidiol) and hemp seed oil. With our wide
range of 100% natural products we want to share our knowledge and bring more balance into
our customers’ lives by assisting in tailoring remedies for pure relaxation. Our concept stores
offer an exquisite selection of products from our own brand, Herbliz, alongside other CBD
brands for a self-aware and healthy lifestyle.

About the Position:


As a Key Account Manager for Herbliz, you will be a strategic contributor, actively seeking out
new sales opportunities across Europe. Bringing your tailored knowledge of selling to major
retailers, you will identify new customers to build and nurture relationships with while also
advancing the growth of Herbliz’ private label business. You will experience a wide variety of
responsibilities including attending conferences and trade shows, conducting social selling and
cold outreach, and advancing your network within one of the world’s fastest growing industries.
Achieving your targets, you will become a leader at Herbliz, taking ownership of the sales
strategy on the European market and consistently collaborating with your peers and founders to
develop a methodology for rapid and sustainable growth.
Within 3 Months, You’ll:
● Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities
● Understand the ideal customer profile and personas
● Learn about the range of products produced by Herbliz
● Become familiar with company processes by collaborating cross-functionally with all
departments
● Establish a strategy for short, medium and long term sales and account management
planning
● Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and social selling to build
a healthy sales pipeline within the first three months
● Acquire your first customers
● Coordinate sales effort with your colleagues in marketing, customer success and
logistics

Within 6 Months, You’ll:


● Have a steady and predictable flow of online meetings and new deals in your pipeline
● Attend conferences and trade shows to promote Herbliz
● Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
● Nurture relationships with major customers you have onboarded
● Keep gathering feedback from customers and prospects to share with internal teams

Within 1 Year, You’ll:


● Become a sales leader for the European market, and begin to build your own team
● Create a training document for new Account Executives based on what you've learned
● Maintain relationships with key accounts alongside the Customer Success team
● Collaborate with the senior leadership team by channeling what you’ve learned into the
product to develop it for new market segments
