‘Young people generally don’t pay enough attention to their health and fitness’

We often think that teenagers aren’t aware of the importance of being healthy. It
seems that fitness is in the background for them and staying at home playing computer
games is their preference.

We should consider the tools we have nowadays. The internet may help people to find
a lot of information about doing exercise, even some workouts or diets to do at home.
Also, schools are promoting exercise a lot more than in the past. The sedentary life
that teenagers have is frequently faced with the sports they must do in schools.

Contrarily, the habits teenagers have are too dangerous to their health. They stay long
periods sitting on their computers, and they eat a lot of junk food.
The spirit of being fit and healthy is getting lost for teenagers. They prefer a lot more to
be playing virtual games instead of practicing a sport.

Concluding, I think young people are exposed to a healthy amount of sport. Schools
occupy the place of gyms to encourage people to do more exercise, and it works. Lots
find a sport interesting after having played it at school.
