 Βασικός στόχος

• Σκοπός του έργου είναι να αναδείξει ένα

σημαντικό μέρος του πολιτισμού της χώρας
μας και συγκεκριμένα τον πολιτισμό που
αφορά στα τρόφιμα και στα διατροφικά
πρότυπα του λαού της Κύπρου.
 Πλαίσιο
• Το έργο έχει ως σκοπό να
συγκεντρώνει, να οργανώνει και να
διασώζει υλικό από τα παλαιότερα
χρόνια μέχρι τα σύγχρονα, σχετικά με
το γαστρονομικό πολιτισμό της
Κύπρου και να το εντάσσει σε μια βάση
δεδομένων .

• Να καταγραφεί, για να διασωθεί και να

παραδοθεί στις επόμενες γενεές.
