PROJECT 3: Design brief

Name of Business / Client: Amidulce

Primary Audience: Amidulce’s Clients

Secondary Audience: Bakery enthusiasts

Pitch Statement: With this website I am trying to provide Amidulce with a site where they can
sell their products and share their new products with their clients and bakery enthusiasts.
Amidulce provides clients with cakes, cookies, pies, and cupcakes. The plan is to create a home
page with previews of their product and the homepage will have different tabs for each product
such as cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and pies. Each of those tabs will lead to a different page
depending on the product such as the cakes tab will lead to the cake’s page where the different
cakes will be displayed in a grid fashion. Each cake image will lead to a page with it’s
description and a link that leads to the order page. The order page allows you to add more items
from drop down menus and allows you to add custom directions to your order. Amidulce’s tone
is all about airiness and sophisticated. Their product images are all cool toned and very clean
which means that for the website it needs to be very clean and simple following the tone of the
images. Right now all this company has is their Instagram which allows them to showcase their
product’s images and receive Direct Messages from clients. With this website it will allow
Amidulce to have better control on the orders they are receiving.

Tone: Spring like, bright, airy and Pastel tone.

Primary CTA (call to action): The primary call to action for this website is to allow my client to
sell their product to the public.
