AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS

I, JUNE MAMANGUN, of legal age, Filipino, with office address at 43-35

HLDC Corporate Center, Don Bonifacio Avenue, Pulung Maragul, Angeles City,
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state
that:

1. I am the Marketing Promotions Head of Fiesta Communities Inc. (“FCI”

for brevity), a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic
of the Philippines, with office address at HLDC Corporate Center, 43-35
Don Bonifacio Avenue, Pulung Maragul, Angeles City;

2. I have been working for a period of three years now at FCI’s Marketing
and Promotions Department;

3. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, our company had decided to pull out our
exhibit booths at the following malls, namely: Jenra Dolores, Jenra
Grandmall and Jenra Dau;

4. On 10 November 2020, our staff had asked for a refund of our three (3)
security deposits in the said aforementioned malls, however as a condition
for such refund the admin of the said malls requested for the
acknowledgment receipts of the respective security deposits;

5. On 11 November 2020, I, together with my staff, have searched diligently

in our office to find the said three (3) acknowledgment receipts of our
security deposits in the said aforementioned malls however, our efforts
were futile as we failed to locate them;

6. In view of the foregoing and considering that the three acknowledgment

receipts of our security deposits can no longer be located, I have no other
recourse but to declare under oath the fact of their loss;

7. I hereby execute this Affidavit to attest to the truth pertaining to the loss of
the three acknowledgment receipts of our security deposits in Jenra
Dolores, Jenra Grandmall and Jenra Dau, and for all legal intents and
purposes it may serve.
