a) Strength calculation and engineering (one of below option is applicable)

 Conversion of calcs/engineering from EN to applicable GOST (GOST

34233.1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/11/12, GOST 34283)
NMC has no experience in designing pressure vessel as per GOST Standard, as
well as COPY of GOST 34233 -1 to 12 is not available with us, Hence design need
to subcontract.
 Review EN calculations and additionally check that strength calculation results
shall not be lower that the requirements stated in GOST
34233.1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/11/12, GOST 34283
 Design calculation of Pressure vessel/Reactor can be verified by NIS In house as
per code EN 13445,but for design as per GOST 34233, we need to subcontract

b) Supply material according

 Above point 7.i: equivalent GOST plate material in strength characteristic and
impact test requisition may be selected (e.g. 17G1C GOST 5520-2017 to be
confirmed by Vendor)

 Above point 7.ii: same material
c) Fabrication according EN 13445-4 and check that requisitions shall not be lower that the
requirements stated in GOST 34347 and other GOST Stds regarding fabrication
procedures (e.g. WPS) and following requisitions of above points 8/9/11/12

d) NDT and final test according applicable GOST to let provide final EAC mark

e) One piece solution

f) Involving of Certification Body for conformity assessment procedure required by CU TR

032/2013 (certification of conformity required)
