Kita telah mengalami beberapa near miss terkait kecelakaan kendaraan bermotor akibat
jalan licin atau bagian bahu jalan/permukaan yang lunak tahun ini. Keselamatan kendaraan
bermotor merupakan salah satu aktivitas kerja berisiko tertinggi yang dilakukan oleh para
pegawai dan mitra kerja kita setiap hari. Dengan intensitas hujan tinggi yang diperkirakan
sampai akhir tahun 2020, kami membutuhkan bantuan Anda semua untuk memastikan
tidak ada yang cidera akibat kecelakaan kendaraan di cuaca yang basah. Kami meminta
Anda melakukan diskusi khusus dengan anggota tim untuk meningkatkan kesadaran
tentang keselamatan kendaraan bermotor dan bekerja di saat hujan.  
IBU OE/HES telah menyiapkan beberapa materi pesan keselamatan untuk didiskusikan
bersama pegawai dan mitra kerja. Pesan keselamatan ini diharapkan dapat:
 Meningkatkan kesadaran tentang potensi bahaya saat bekerja dan mengemudikan
kendaraan bermotor di musim hujan.
 Memperkuat komitmen dan disiplin kita dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip
keselamatan kerja dan mengemudi untuk mencapai operasi bebas celaka dan
mengakhiri tahun ini dengan baik.

Silahkan diskusikan kedua materi ini – keselamatan bekerja dan keselamatan mengemudi
di musim hujan - bersama dengan pegawai dan mitra kerja. Lakukan diskusi virtual dengan
mereka yang bekerja dari rumah dan selau terapkan Protokol COVID-19 ketika berdiskusi
dengan pegawai/mitra kerja yang bekerja di lokasi kerja. Setiap functional leader diminta
untuk memastikan penyelesaian dari dialog keselamatan ini dan melaporkannya kepada
rekan-rekan HES operation di masing-masing area.
 
Mari kita selesaikan tahun 2020 ini dengan baik.

We have experienced several near misses to motor vehicle crash due to slippery road or
soft shoulder/surface this year. Motor vehicle safety represents one of the highest risk work
activities our workforce participates in each day.  With the heavy rains predicted continue
until end of 2020, we need all your help to ensure that we do not injure anyone due to a wet
weather crash.  We are asking you to hold a special discussion with your team members to
raise awareness on motor vehicle safety and performing work during rainy season.
IBU OE / HES has prepared several safety message materials to be discussed with our
employees and business partners. This safety message is expected to:
  Increase awareness of the potential hazards when working and driving during rainy
season.
 Strengthen our commitment and discipline for implementing safe work and safe
driving practices to achieve free incident operation and finish this year well.

Please discuss these topics – safe work and safe driving in rainy season- with our
employees and business partners. Do virtual discussion with those who work remotely/from
home and always implement Protocol COVID-19 when have discussion with
employee/business partner who work at worksite.  Every functional leader is expected to
ensure the completeness of this safety dialog and provide the update to our  HES operation
leaders in each area.

This is a reminder of our procedure FNA-PRC-02.00 Account Payable (available in common folder): all
invoices sent to Indokomas should be received by the Account Payable Officer (Pak Arlexston HANDRIK
arlexston.handrik@vinci-energies.com) for recording in our Accounting System. Only after being
recorded these invoices will be distributed to the users/project managers to be validated for payment.

If you receive an invoice by mistake, do not keep it to yourself, please send it to accounting for
recording.

disebut Transfer (NetExplorer) aplikasi..
Versi ini akan menggantikan versi yang lama.

Aplikasi ini masih di evaluasi dan kita bisa menggunakannya untuk Kirim atau terima beberapa
dokumen tanpa batas ukuran dari workstation Anda atau di perangkat seluler. (dibutuhkan login
Vinci account)

Jika versi baru sudah dianggap berjalan dengan baik versi yang lama akan di non aktifkan pada tanggal 8
Okt 2020.

Untuk masuk kedalam web platform baru ini menggunakan address https://ve.link/transfer.

 Comply with the VINCI Energies security requirements, avoiding the use of non-
professional or fee-based solutions

Important information: 
From 8 October 2020 the old Transfer platform will no longer be accessible.
