3. Application forms can be downloaded from school website or be obtained from school
office during school hours from 1000hrs to 1400hrs on all working days.

4. Application forms along with all testimonials / certificates and a demand draft of Rs.
100/- in favour of “Principal APS Bathinda” are required to be submitted to school office or
sent through Registered Post, on or before 10 Feb 2021. Thereafter no application form will
be accepted at any stage.
