class.
They will also use like/dislike structure and state which movie genres/themes they like/dislike.

Summary
Through the matching, fill-in-the-blanks, writing activities, students will identify movie genres and themes, and
they will form sentences using like/dislike structures about the related topic.

Thanks to the question and answer speaking activity, students will demonstrate what they have learnt in the
lesson.

Individual Performance and genres, which require them to talk about personal
opinions, provided in the worksheet that is given by the
teacher by speaking.

Students will be given instructions about the writing and speaking activities through Bubbl.us concept map and
a presentation on Prezi designed by the teacher to learn the topics and complete the worksheets easily.

Explanation regarding to the implementation of the plan


In the second week, students will learn what the movie genres and themes are and they use like/dislike
structure and state which movie genres they like/dislike. A grammar lesson about likes and dislikes topic will
also be provided for students to learn what they are.
After that, they will complete matching activity about movie genres, fill-in-the-blanks activity about movie
themes and writing activity about likes and dislikes topic.
At the end of the lesson, they will demonstrate their knowledge through a speaking activity.
Back-up plan: If there is low-attendance or the students have low-motivation levels, take a short break from
the lesson by initiating a small discussion. If there are technological problems, teacher will provide continue
the lesson from the hardcopies.
