Summary

The main Reasons of employees leaving the job is the method of disengagement in which there is no
proper system or relation b/w employee and organization managers and a big communication gap b/w
them.

It has 2 different stages: Employee opinions about leaving a job and employee retention. Leaving an
organization because their expectations do not meet the company requirements.

Reason 1: Emolyees always thinks about expectations that may be bad or good depending on the
situation and have always wants a clear picture for a job so that u don’t lose it and also if u want your
hiring to be on safe side go for hiring from present employee and also do reference. Also the job
description should be to the point and not showing extra and give them experience.

Reason 2: There job should match their perspective While giving them different enactment and
appointments to keep them busy and active and if not then arises the problem of leaving a job.

Reason3: Have to keep employees update by getting continuous response and have meeting with them
in order to discuss issues.

Reason4: Give employees training and different development chances and let them know of the ladder
and also try to have internal appointments for different positions.

Reason 5: Give Different exercises for meeting and retaining like offer good pay, give them benefits and
give them high returns on good performance for the company so they don’t feel undervalue and note
less.

Reason 6: Don’t try to overburden your employee by giving him lot of stress work. Try to keep balance.

Reason7: In many organizations high authority does not get in contact with their staff which create a
hype because they don’t listen t o their problems and in return lose their employee so In order to stop
this act the higher authority should be active and qualified in their words they use in order to get the
belief and faith their staff/worker.
