• Responsible for sand casting methods & development activities. 

Layout preparation for new development drawings for patterns. 
• Create Pattern 3D models for Pattern making & simulation. 
• Handling customer drawing for machining references. 
• Responsible for Development of all Prototype valves. 
• Work load allotment in Pattern Shop. 
• Calculating the metal feeding and Designing the Riser, Runner & in gates for Valve, 
Engineering and Pump casings. 
• Maintained the ISO procedures & relevant records in development. 
• Generates ECN and NCR documents. 
• Monitoring and maintaining of on time delivery of sample castings. In process 
inspection. 
• Casting simulation (Z-cast pro) for getting better and accurate results. 
• Drafting of all types of drawings and control of drawings. 
• Monitoring sample development to speed up sample development. 
• Releasing the Patterns for the Production. 
• Maintained all Development related documents
