The Website right now has some terminology that is not inline for our customers.

1.1.1 Tool Bar Terminology Changes

Shipping Management= Your Shipments

Send Package= Create Shipment

Shipments Made=Pending Shipments

1.1.2 Carrier Rate Settings Terminology changes

Shipping Type= Carrier Service

% Gain= % Handling Charge

Store Profit= Handling Charge

1.1.3 Carrier Rate Settings Changes

Remove TPS Percentage

Handling Charge shows as dollar amount ($0.00)- both for config and summary

1.2 Webpage Completion

The following items need to be completed by TPS

• Dashboard

• Reports

• Your Shipments
1.3 User Management Enhancements

Apple will want to make sure that they are not receiving emails from each kiosk daily, this would be an annoyance to
them. Therefore Quadient and Apple requires the following changes:

1.3.1 Consolidated Emails Sent

There needs to be an option to send a consolidated email of data for all kiosks owned by the admin.

1.3.2 Schedule Report Dropdown

A daily report is not usually what customers are looking for therefore a drop down option is needed: daily, weekly,
monthly

Definitions of Selection:
 Daily- Will have the previous Days items and be sent at 8am EST
 Weekly- Will send on Monday at 8am EST with the last Sunday to Sunday data
 Monthly- Will send out on the first of the month at 8am EST and will have all data for the previous month.
Example June 1st report will go out at 8am EST with May 1- May 31 data

1.4 Segmentation Option

The actual Kiosk will need and option to have the ability to segment users that can use the Kiosk as the locations. Since
we want users to be able to use their normal SEND user account Segmentation will be built in the kiosks. This setting will
be informed to Apple that we can do it so this could move to a product requirement if it is not required from them.

There needs to be a setting within the kiosk to set a user domain requirement. Once the user email domain is set then
only user profiles that have this email domain can use the kiosk. If their user domain does not match the users will be
denied access.

Example:
 Kiosk 1 email domain is set to Quadient.com (customer domain)
 Only users with @quadient.com can use the kiosks
 If user login does not have @quadient.com Access to ship from the kiosk will be denied
o Add an Access Denied error page- Access Denied. Your username is not in compliance with this kiosk
