 The abstract of our thesis study is about the effect of present condition in housing

developments along and within the river and how does it imposes an effect sa environment ng
river and as well as the embed culture na nadevelop within the river and its proximity or also
called as riverfronts.

 Because of this, it creates a problem na year after year there is a sudden or dahang dahang
pagtaas ng:
o Improper planning of housing
o Uncontrolled development and,
o Rural to urban transformation

Which these semi-urban spaces will soon evolved into an urban classification kung saan
magcecreate ng negative domino effect sa ecological and cultural aspects ng river that are being
practiced and reflected along its riverfronts.

 The goal of this study is magkapag create ng model community which can be replicated by other
communities kung saan it will formulate a proper community planning which restores the river’s
value and quality that results to the promotion and awareness of culture developed within its
riverfronts.

 In line with this, we would like to ask some questions that is relevant to the pursuance of the
study.
