Sentence:

A group of word which express a complete thought.

Example; Ali teach in collage.

A sentence his two parts;

Subject and predicate

Ali works here as a teacher.

(Ali) is subject and (works here as a teacher) is predicate.

Predicate:
A predicate is the part of sentence which says something about a subject.

Parts of speech
Noun:
Noun is the name of person, place, thing. We can see touch, smell, hear.

Example: leader, milk, river, wisdom.

Allama Iqbal is our national poet.

Kind of noun
Common noun:
Common is the Name of a common thing, common place, common

person .
Example; boy, book, bird, city, village.

Proper noun:
Proper noun is the particular person, place, thing.

Collective noun:
Collective noun is the name of collective thing.

These noun are not use for singular things.

Example; jungle, crowed, galaxy, nation, bunch, team, class, army, cluster, committee.

Abstract noun;
In abstract noun is the name of some feeling, quality or action. We cannot
see, hear and taste.

Quality; honest, bravery, wisdom, kindness, beauty.

Action; laughter, judgement, theft, etc.

State; sleep, slavery, youth, children, etc.

Material noun:
The words exist in the form of solid or liquid are material noun.

Example; table, steel, iron, brass.

Gender of noun:
Gender is the defined as a classification of a noun or pronoun as feminine,
masculine or neuter.

Example; king, boy, hero, etc.

Masculine:
Denotes the male gender. Example; king, man, actor, uncle, etc.

Feminine:
Denotes the female gender. Example; woman, aunt, etc.

Common gender:
Denote both gender male and female gender. Example; teacher, parents, students, child, etc.
