constitute and appoint Robert Angelo S. Obrero, and any of his authorized
representative/s, with address at Block A5, Lot 35 Tindalo St. Progressive
Village, Tagapo, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna, to be my lawful attorney-in-fact to
act for and on my behalf in the processing and receiving my Certification,
Authentication, and Verification (CAV), and the certified true copies of my
Diploma and Transcript of Records from the Department of Foreign Affairs –
Ali Mall.

I hereby give and grant unto said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and all other acts and things necessary and
proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and I hereby
