Adelina 3, Phase 3 Extension, Sto. Tomas, Calabuso, Binan City, Laguna,
hereby name, constitute and appoint Patrick V. Joyosa and Abigail V. Joyosa, and
any of their authorized representative/s, with address at Block 20, Lot 10
Adelina 3, Phase 3 Extension, Sto. Tomas, Calabuso, Binan City, Laguna, to be
my lawful attorney-in-fact to act for and on my behalf in the processing and
documentation of the transfer of the properties of my late husband Pepito M.
Joyosa in Forest Lake South Manila, Inc. covered by Purchase Agreement No.
41061 with Certificate of Ownership No. 22332, and Purchase Agreement No.
12-13-A with Certificate of Ownership No. 01292.
I hereby give and grant unto said attorneys-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and all other acts and things necessary and
proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and I hereby
ratify and confirm all that my said attorneys-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause
to be done on my behalf by virtue of these presents.
