UPTIME MAINTENANCE PLANNER

624K 4WD Loader (S.N. —642634) Engines 6068HDW79 and 6068HDW83

As Required
• Inspect tires and check pressure • Drain water from primary fuel filter and clean strainer
• Check wheel bolt torque • Drain water from final fuel filter
• Inspect engine air cleaner elements • Check and clean or replace cab fresh air filter
• Inspect air conditioner compressor and alternator belt • Check and clean or replace cab recirculating air filter
• Clean cooler cores • Check transmission oil level
• Check windshield washer fluid level • Add coolant extender as indicated by COOL-GARD™ II test strips
• Drain water from auxiliary fuel filter/water separator (if equipped) • Check rear camera and radar object detection (ROD) system (if
equipped)
Every 10 Hours or Daily
• Check coolant level in surge tank • Check hydraulic oil level
• Check and clean or replace air cleaner dust unloader valve • Inspect outer pin seals
• Check engine oil level
Every 100 Hours
• Lubricate loader linkage and cylinder pivots (unless NeverGrease™ equipped)
Initial Service—250 Hours1
• Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter • Drain and refill front and rear axle oil
• Replace axle oil filters (if equipped)
Every 250 Hours
• Take engine oil sample
Every 500 Hours
• Check air intake hoses and charge air cooler tube couplers • Check park brake oil level
• Check battery water level and terminals • Check front and rear axle oil level
• Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter • Lubricate front and rear shaft seals on park brake
• Replace primary fuel filter • Lubricate front and rear axle shaft seals
• Replace final fuel filter • Take axle oil sample
• Replace auxiliary fuel filter/water separator (if equipped) • Take transmission oil sample
• Replace in-line fuel strainer • Take engine coolant sample
• Replace hydraulic reservoir breather filter • Take diesel fuel sample
• Check ride control accumulator (if equipped) • Take hydraulic oil sample
• Lubricate upper and lower driveline sliding joints and lower U-joints
Every 1000 Hours
• Clean engine crankcase vent tube • Lubricate frame hinge pivots
• Replace air cleaner dust unloader valve • Drain and refill park brake oil
• Replace engine air cleaner elements • Check coolant
• Replace axle oil filters (if equipped)
Every 2000 Hours
• Drain and refill transmission oil and replace filter2 • Rerun transmission clutch calibration

• Drain and refill front and rear axle oil • Check and adjust engine valve lash (clearance)
• Clean front and rear axle oil recirculation screens (if equipped) • Replace outer pin seals
Every 4000 Hours
• Drain and refill hydraulic system oil • Replace hydraulic system return filter
• Clean hydraulic system fill strainer • Replace crankshaft dampener
• Clean hydraulic pump case drain screen
Every 5000 Hours
• Inspect driveline damper
Every 6000 Hours
• Drain and refill cooling system

Perform initial service once after the first 250 hours of operation.

Service intervals should be reduced to 1500 hours in severe applications, which run the torque converter at high loads for more than
approximately 25% of the time. (For example: basement digging, land clearing, etc.)

The magnetic drain plug is serving its purpose when a ball of fine metal particles or chips are found on the magnet. If concerned with the
amount of debris on the plug, clean and check again after running a short time with fresh oil.
