Primary Duties
 Conducting safety inspection with issure before issue the work permit.
 Enforce company site safety rules and regulations.
 Identify the hazardas and disscuss with issure.
 Conduct safety tool box meeting to all workers before start of work.
 Ensure that all fire equipments are in excellent condition at all time.
 Daily site safety observation reports send to the Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Before start any task on site, ensure that ( H I P ) Hazard Identification plan or ( J S A ) job
safety analysis must be prepared to recognized the hazard .
 Frequent contact with client, loss prevention Dept& Fire protection Dept to comply the safety
requirement including audits.
 Do routinely check up on Fire prevention requirement such as Fire extinguisher smoke
detector Fire hydrant, sprinkle systems etc .
 Weekly and monthly walk down around the site along with senior safety advisors including
site Manager and project manager.
 Reviewing the lifting plans and comply all the safety pre-cautions.
 Conducting orientation for newly hired employees researches and studies for the
improvement of safety in the project.

  Providing for continue education to employees by disseminate safety publications,
instructions, rules, & posters.
 Recommending disciplinary action for safety violators who unnecessarily expose themselves
or co-worker to potential / physical hazards.
 Initiate immediate suspension of any operation that could cause death / injury or extensive
damage to property and notified all concerned involved.
 Conducting different kind of evacuation drills for project employees.
 Monitors employee injures in a timely fashion by maintaining a log listing all injuries by
individual, and unit or department including a summary of the incidents, contributory
negligence or other factors, or Determination of cause and time lost to date.
 Maintain adequate documentation of safety education program to comply with relevant
standard, applicable licensing standard and other regulation as required.
 Facilitates and co-ordinate identification of all substances which are considered hazardous
materials and maintains all materials safety data sheet, conduct evacuation drill / fire safety
training programs,
 Fire extinguisher, demonstration, publication of various safety / fire bulletins.
 Design and install different kind of safety signs (i.e. informative, directional, precautionary,
regulator, and other.
 Conducting daily routine inspection to site employees. Observe all safety rule and regulation
and takes necessary action to obtain compliances with all safety follicles.
 Conduct weekly safety toolbox meeting with supervisor –crew.
 Prepared weekly, monthly project safety statistics on daily basic.
 Take care of work permit to insure work is done safely and proper precautions.
 Special attention to confined space entries to ensure all safety compliance.
