Republic act no. 10650 stated that online learning shall be open for students who are not able to
enroll in physical learning or face-to-face learning. With the pandemic it is just right to
implement this act for the betterment of the students and for their well- beings of both learners
and the teachers. Our study is anchored by the study made by Francesca D’ Erricoa, “Cognitive
Emotions in E-learning processes and their potential relationship with the student’s academic
adjustment.” Which gave emphasis on our study “The impact of Online learning on Psychosocial
and emotion domains of students.” Our study focuses on two domains which is the psychosocial
and emotional domains. Each one is supported and anchored by a study, psychosocial is
supported by Ilene R. Benson’s “Grooming Cybervictims” which focuses on the psychosocial
effects of online learning on students and our emotional domain is anchored by Anthony R.
Artino Jr. “Emotions in Online learning environments: Introduction to the special issue” which
focuses on the emotional factors affecting students on the ongoing online classes.

understand the pressing condition or situation of learners, particularly their emotional and
behavioral state. Hence, able to implement modified curriculum that accommodates their
emotional and psychosocial needs. For administrators, instructors and teachers in both private

productive learning outcome that bears positive impacts in terms of academic performance,
eagerness to seek more knowledge and a more comfortable virtual learning environment. For
parents, guardians, peers and organizations, this research provides adequate relevant information
