ABSTRACT
This study aimed to identify The purposes of this research were 1) to study the excellence learning organization
factors and indicators of P.I. Industry Co., Ltd.2) to confirm the factors and indicators of excellent learning
organization of P.I. Industry Co., Ltd. The sample consisted of 21 of P.I. Industry Co., Ltd., each providing 17
persons, including the directors, deputy directors, head of department and supporting employees included 357
totally. The research instruments were the semi-structured interview and, the questionnaires. The statistics used
for analyzed the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, content analysis, exploratory factor
analysis and confirm the data with connoisseurship.

INTRODUCTION
In the United States of America (USA), private educational institutions have a program of excellence in
education termed as Malcolm Baldrige National Quality (BNQP), that developed the Baldrige Excellence
Model. This quality program seeks, through partnerships between the public and private sectors, to determine a
guide of good management practices in educational institutions capable of leading to results that aim not only to
improve educational quality but also to promote innovation, competitiveness and scientific advances, increasing
the quality of national enterprises and competitiveness (BPEP, 2011). In Brazil, there is no initiative in this
sense, public or private. What we can verify is the existence of punctual actions to improve national
competitiveness, through bodies such as the Federation of Industries and the Federation of Commerce, for their
respective publics.
OBJECTIVES
The main objective of the study is to Confirmatory Factor Analysis with the program Finished AMOS This is to
check for construct validity. Affirmative Element of Management by Product Quality Criteria for Operational
Excellence Strategic planning Measurement and Analysis PI Industry Co.,Ltd.
METHODOLOGY
The statistics used for analyzed the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, content analysis,
exploratory factor analysis and confirm the data with connoisseurship. The research instruments were the semi-

Confirming the composition and indicators of the learning organization's excellence of P.I. Industry Co., Ltd., it
was found that 9 experts had opinions on the audit. Confirmed the Organization of Learning Excellence
elements of P.I. Industry Co., Ltd. 8 Elements 68 Indicators are useful (Utility) possibilities. (Feasibility)
appropriateness (Propriety) accuracy (Accuracy) is at the highest level. can be utilized.

2. The indicators of the excellent learning organization of P.I. Industry Co., Ltd. were 68 indicators,
namely, factor 1; Shared vision and knowledge management, consists of 17 indicators, factor 2; Team learning,
consists of 10 indicators, factor 3; innovation and information technology, consists of 10 indicators, factor 4;
CONCLUSION
Should be research on the facilitators and barriers to being a learning excellence organization of P.I. Industry
Co., Ltd using qualitative research
