Aerated Light Weight Concrete Building Material is acclaimed
and proved the world over as an environment friendly and is
already in use in our country. The product confirms to ISI (BIS)
standards and certification and these standards cover design,
manufacturing and performance load testing. The compressive
strength of ‘Power Block" is as per IS 2185 (part3)
Manufactured in a sophisticated plant under carefully monitored

The advantages of aerated concrete building material is the
versatility of use of the end products — blocks, floors, roof
material, walll panels. It can constitute the entire structure of low
rise buildings up to two storeys.
Aerated concrete building material eliminates wastes at work
site and being absolutely inert does not emit toxic gases even
when open to the element fire.

Fire Resistant
Most residential fires do not exceed 1200°C, Aerated concrete blocks do
not begin to break down until well over 300°C. This allows it to maintain
its structural integrity even after a fire. Aerated concrete blocks are totally
inorganic and incombustible. The product is especially suited for fire-
rated applications.
Energy Efficient
Aerated concrete blocks provide superior thermal insulation by offering
an array of benefits such as thermal mass, thermal inertia, whole wall
coverage and low air filtration. These combine and translate into
energy savings which do not degrade and continue to appreciate over
time. It has better thermal and sound insulation due to less joints. This
results in saving energy costs of air-conditioning.
EasyToUse
Aerated concrete blocks can be cut and drilled easily with any ordinary
wood working tools. It actually cuts much faster than wood. It can be
sawn, drilled, nailed and machined using off the shelf tools.
Rapid Construction
(One Aerated concrete block is equivalent in area to approx. 9 standard
clay bricks yetless than 1/4 the weight, leading to fast laying. Installation
of Aerated concrete block is 2.5 time faster than of bricks.
Pest Resistant
With solid wall construction and finishes which bond to the wall there are
fewer cavities for insects or rodents to dwell in. Termites and ants do not

Earthquake Resistant
Earthquake forces on structure are proportional to the weight of the
