Gite Building Material... (AUTOCLAVED AERATED CONCRETE BLOCK) deal Powerdeal Energy Systems (1) Pvt. Ltd based at Nasik is a company having diverse business activities. Commencing activities in the year 1996 and directed by a visionary first generation entrepreneur the organization has progressed rapidly growing from strength to strength in all its business ventures undertaken in the past decade. The quantum growth in the infrastructure and construction sector as our nation marches towards progress and to meet the continuous and growing demands furthermore contributing to the national growth, Powerdeal Energy Systems (I) Pvt. Ltd. has introduced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Blocks to its manufacturing portfolio and intends to add to the intensity of national development. Introduced under the brand name “Power Block this ideal productis intended to ADD VALUE to urban and rural housing policies and projects of the state and the country. Powerblock Aerated Light Weight Concrete Building Material is acclaimed and proved the world over as an environment friendly and is already in use in our country. The product confirms to ISI (BIS) standards and certification and these standards cover design, manufacturing and performance load testing. The compressive strength of ‘Power Block" is as per IS 2185 (part3) Manufactured in a sophisticated plant under carefully monitored ‘conditions, * Power Block’ is easy to handle, hoist and transport, The advantages of aerated concrete building material is the versatility of use of the end products — blocks, floors, roof material, walll panels. It can constitute the entire structure of low rise buildings up to two storeys. Aerated concrete building material eliminates wastes at work site and being absolutely inert does not emit toxic gases even when open to the element fire. Eco-friendly + Itsaves depletion of the top-soil and usage of fly-ash an Industrial waste into an useful building product + AAC reduces indoor air pollutant, inert and doesnot emit toxic gases. + AAC manufacturing process reduces emission of Carbon Dioxide to the atmosphere thereby reducing Global Warming effect. + Reduction in cement consumption for mortar in masonry bricks verses 0.04 Cub.mtr. for AAC Blocksi.e., 80% saving is 0.3 Cub.mtr. for clay cementand sand. + Only 10-12 mm thick plaster is required as compared to 25 mm for clay bricks i.e., 50% savings in cement and sand. Environmental Aerated concrete blocks are among the most environmentally friendly building products available. Every part of the Aerated concrete process is designed to minimise waste and maximise energy efficiency, from selection of raw materials, the energy-saving manufacturing technology right through to delivery. Here are ‘some of the key reasons why Aerated concrete blocks are among the greenest available... RECYCLED RAW MATERIALS. ‘Three of the five raw materials used in the Aerated concrete process are by-products from other manufacturing processes that would otherwise be sent to landfill, ‘The primary raw material in the Aerated process is Pulvenzed Fuel Ash (PFA). PEA is an unavoidable by-product of the coal-fired power generation process which is normally stockpiled in huge unsightly mounds or is discharged at sea. By using PFAin the Aerated concrete process, we are making a significant contribution to the reduction of otherwise useless, non-degradable stockpiles. NO PROCESS WASTE * All raw material brought into the process is completely used up nothing is wasted. * During production all material not used immediately is continuously recycled, * Due to the advanced energy efficiency techniques used, all ofthe excess energy in the form of superheated steam from the curing process is captured and re-used. ‘Prodcon Emr Como er Cae Meter Tine } 5220 Coren §— SONI | ISSTC eter terpedtu hecuston tempedture husuaion * Unlike any other indian Aerated concrete production facility, our factory does not wastefully vent to atmosphere the excess steam created during the curing process. LIGHTWEIGHT BLOCKS - EASIER TO TRANSPORT. lions of tiny air cells are generated within Aerated concrete products during the ‘manufacturing process resulting in blocks with an incredibly low weight. This in turn results in more packs per lorry load than conventional building blocks and therefore ‘means less lory journeys required, saving fuel and reducing exhaust emissions. ADVANTAGES OF AERATED CONCRETE BUILDING MATERIAL OVER CONVENTIONAL BRICKS AERATED CONCRETE BUILDING MATERIAL CONVENTIONAL BRICKS Extremely light weight and possesses high structural integrity. Comparatively heavy in weight and possesses less structural integiy Beinglght weights extremely easy oinstallsaving time, labourand piasterngbinding material Being not so light weight is comparatively tedious to install ands labour and material intensive. Ideal for low bearing soil, for seismic zones and adaition ofaddlonal storey to existingstuctures. Being heavier weight is secondary choice. Provides superior thermal insulation, low irinfitration, sound insulation which combine and translate into savings ‘Thermal insulation and sound insulation is lesser as compared fo which aerated concrete buiding material ‘Aerated concrete building Material is fre resistant to 3000degC. Conventional bricks cannot withstand fires beyond 1200 deg C. Aerated concrete building material are resistant to termites andanis, Conventional bricks provide the crevices for termites and ants to dwell in, ‘Any design can be achieved and aerated concrete building materal can also be sculpled. Conventional bricks cannot be sculpted. ‘Mass manufacturing in factory ensures uniform quality. Conventional bricks do not ensure uniform quality. Features : Fire Resistant Most residential fires do not exceed 1200°C, Aerated concrete blocks do not begin to break down until well over 300°C. This allows it to maintain its structural integrity even after a fire. Aerated concrete blocks are totally inorganic and incombustible. The product is especially suited for fire- rated applications. Energy Efficient Aerated concrete blocks provide superior thermal insulation by offering an array of benefits such as thermal mass, thermal inertia, whole wall coverage and low air filtration. These combine and translate into energy savings which do not degrade and continue to appreciate over time. It has better thermal and sound insulation due to less joints. This results in saving energy costs of air-conditioning. EasyToUse Aerated concrete blocks can be cut and drilled easily with any ordinary wood working tools. It actually cuts much faster than wood. It can be sawn, drilled, nailed and machined using off the shelf tools. Rapid Construction (One Aerated concrete block is equivalent in area to approx. 9 standard clay bricks yetless than 1/4 the weight, leading to fast laying. Installation of Aerated concrete block is 2.5 time faster than of bricks. Pest Resistant With solid wall construction and finishes which bond to the wall there are fewer cavities for insects or rodents to dwell in. Termites and ants do not eat or nestin Aerated concrete blocks. Earthquake Resistant Earthquake forces on structure are proportional to the weight of the bulding, hence Aerated concrete blocks shows excellent resistant to the earthquake forces. jah Strength h pressure steam-curing autoclaving process gives Aerated concrete blocks unmatchable strength to weight ratio.
