ii. We are only providing MPCB (Below 7.5KW) & MCCB's(7.5KW & Above) for
Feeders iii. GCP & CCP are not in offered scope of work
iv. Cable tray & ladder without all accessories except nut, bolts & jointing plates etc.
v. One Length of Tray/Ladder/Trunking will be 2.44 meter as standard length
vi. Our scope is limited to offered items only. Any change at later stage will be charged
accordingly. vii. Delivery, Installation, Testing & Commissioning is not included in offered scope of
work.
 Terms & Conditions

P RICE
:
Prices offered are Ex-Factory in PKR.
Prices are calculated based on the current rates of copper, steel, raw material and components. Any fluctuation beyond 2%
in
rates will be on customer’s account.

G E N E R A L S A L E S T AX
:
GST will be charged on the offered prices adhering to the law of Government of
Pakistan.

PAYMENT TERMS
:
50% advance payment along with the confirmation of order and complete payment before delivery / at the time of
final inspection of the project ex-factory.

Please note any changes in taxes, custom duties and etc. will be on customer’s account.

CHANGE IN DESIGN
:
Change in the design will subject the revision in prices.

DELIVERY
:
Ex-Factory
Delivery will be made 12 to 14 weeks from the date of approval of drawings and confirmation of purchase order. Delivery
date may vary due to unavoidable circumstances. In case of any delay in delivery, the customer will be provided with a
written
justification.

C USTOM M ADE D ESIG

N:
Customized orders cannot be cancelled or altered after approval of the
drawings.

D ELAY IN P ROJECT
:
Delay in project after order confirmation, advance payment and drawing approvals will be on customer’s account,
storage
charges may apply.

OFFER VALIDITY
:
Offer is valid for 15 days from the date of submission of quotation. After the validity date, the offer shall be subjected to
renewal.

WARRANTY
:
Warranty period will be valid for one year from the date of supply. It does not cover any damage due to mishandling or
negligence on part of the customer. Warranty covers the malfunctioning of components, defect in materials and
workmanship of sheet work.

A FTER S ALES
:
1 year’s free services will be offered during the warranty period. If there is no problem in the material supplied, our visit
charges
of Rs. 5,000/= will be on customer’s account.
Installation & commissioning is not included in the service. In case of such a requirement, separate charges will be
made. Customer will arrange boarding and loading of our Sales staff, while being offered the after sales services.

F ORCE MAJEURE
:
Our offer is subjected to usual Force Majeure Clause.

F ACTORY T ESTS
:
Green T&D shall attempt to entertain requests from Buyer to witness FAT, subject to appropriate access restrictions, if
such witnessing can be arranged without delaying the work.

EXCLUDING
:
Our offer does not cover insurance, delivery, loading, unloading and installation. If any additional services are required,
they can be offered separately.
