Subject: Request for Extension in Delivery Timelines against Contract no. DHA/PROC/DCK/21/RMU/19
dated 18-08-2020 for Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of RMU 5 Way

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to your letter dated 29-09-2020 regarding delivery timelines of RMU against
subject contract, we hereby request you to please consider criticality of matter. This RMU is make to
order Import item from Lucy Electric. We opened LC with Lucy electric dated 21-08-2020 right after
signing of contract while we received technical clearance from your office on 17-09-2020 against our
letter dated 19-08-2020. So our delivery timeline should be started from 17-09-2020.

We have pressurized Lucy Electric for early dispatch of all 9 switches against all three contracts i.e.
DHA/PROC/DCK/21/RMU/19, DHA/PROC/DCK09/RMU/08 & DHA/PROC/DCK08/RMU/07 considering
requirement and importance of your project. Lucy electric have assured dispatch of all 9 Switches by end
of October. We are on toes to complete this project within November by supplying all Switches by
November 10, 2020.

You are requested to please consider our request and extend delivery timelines of subject contract by
November 10, 2020. We assure you our complete cooperation and support in every possible way.
