INSTALLATION

1) Connect the Pressure Switch to the ‘LS SIGNAL’ line of the Rod handler. Refer to
hydraulic circuit, Appendix B.
2) Connect the Pressure Switch Harness to the Pressure Switch.
3) Via the harness, connect the Pressure Switch to the Enclosure’s corresponding 4-pin plug
(see Appendix A).
4) Fit the beeper to the rig. Ideal location is pointing towards the area where the rod handler
is used. Testing may be required to choose the best location.
5) Connect the Beeper Harness to the Beeper.
6) Via the harness, connect the Beeper to the Enclosure’s corresponding 4-pin plug (see
Appendix A).
7) Ensure that all power is off. Connect the Power Loom harness to the 24V power source.
Pin A corresponds to the positive outlet, while Pin B corresponds to the negative outlet.
8) Via the harness, connect the power source to the Enclosure’s corresponding 3-pin plug
(see Appendix A).
