procedures were followed. Evaluated documents and records, fostered corrective action, and coached site
supervisors daily to grow the program and increase the number of kids served. Communicated goals and
guidelines for participation to 12 partner agencies to empower partners to have a successful site.
• Coordinated delivery schedule and route for 30 mobile lunch sites, assessed site accessibility, and adjusted
schedule based on participant feedback to decrease operating costs and increase number of kids served.
• Encouraged cultural sensitivity among the staff and public to promote inclusivity of all children.
• Assisted the coordinator with a needs assessment to examine success of program outreach and operation.
