SUBJECT: EXTENSION OF PERFORMANCE SECURITY BOND

Dear Sir,

1. Refer to your letter No:PHA-F/Dir(Engg-I)/ISL/2020/236 dated Oct 01, 2020

wherein you directed our office to further extend the Performance Guarantee.

2. In this regard a request for the extension of the same was made to the insurer, but for
the further process, the insurer requires the following on the PHA-F Letterhead.
I. Latest Project Progress Report
II. Confirmation of No Dispute

It is therefore requested that the required Documents may be issued at the earliest to ensure
the timely extension of the Performance Guarantee.
