SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR ISSUANCE OF CONTRACTOR ALL RISKS (CAR) INSURANCE

POLICY

Dear Sir,

Refer to the subject matter, it is stated that we are Category-1 Contractor registered with
Pakistan Engineering Council and currently working on the Construction of Box Culvert
and Underground water tanks at PHA-F Apartments under Package-10 at Sector I-12,
Islamabad, wherein we are under obligation to furnish the Contractor All Risks Insurance
Policy, we, therefore, request your office to kindly issue us the aforementioned Policy.
The project particulars are given below.

Project Name: Construction of Underground Water Tanks and Box Culvert (Package-10), at
PHA-F Apartments, Sector I-12, Islamabad.

Project Cost: Rs. 147,115,425/-/-

Client: Pakistan Housing Authority Foundations (PHA-F)

Ministry of Housing and Works, Government of Pakistan.

Contractor: Samdani Constructions Company Pvt. Ltd.

Flat # 12, Fortune Arcade, First Floor, Stree No: 108, G-13/1 Islamabad.

Minimum Amount of Third Party insurance: Rs 1,000,000/Occurrence.

No of Occurrence: Unlimited

CAR Validity: 07-02-2019 to 30-06-2021
