Adding Trainings to the webpage

1. Add an event to the calendar in the Google calendar (Technology Training)


2. Create a title for the training, with Name, Location, Date, and Time (copy this title somewhere
your will use it again.) ex. SMARTBoard Training, Centennial, February 9, 3:30-4:30
3. Enter your location information, set up the date and time.
4. Under description, add the following script:

6. Go to Google Drive, and the file: Technology Training


7. Under the Settings tab, Change the number of session by the number of trainings you are adding
to the calendar. If you are deleting old trainings subtract from this number.
8. In the next column under “Session Name” Paste the Name of the Training you created on the
calendar.
9. Type in the maximum number of participants in the next column.
10. In the top menu select: Form, Edit Form
11. Edit the Session question by adding your training, and selecting Done, and Save.
