We reconfigured the MCsalesExport again and restarted the service , Now the revenue is importing successfully.

So from MC Side all is working. Please verify the IP Address of the MC Server specified in the MCExportPoSSrv.Config.xml file.
The name of the pos webservice in use is correct (posweb).
You also need to verify that the passwords used there are the correct ones as well.
Please advise.

Please see the attached document 2178100.1. There you have a description on how to verify that the poswebservice is running.
The Menu Item Synchronisation does not use the posweb service. This is only used for the revenue transfer.
That is why you need to verify the functionality separately. Please check the attached documentation.
The menu items synchronisation works with the web service on the Simphony Side ( simply follows the link in the IFC setup).
Can you please attach a screen print from the IFC setup in MC as well.

Please find the answer under your questions
We need to know if the revenue is available in the table osifc_transaction or not . If the revenue is not parent in this MC Table :
The revenue is not updating to the posifc_transaction table .
Have you installed the poswebservice on the MC Server as well ?
We have configured the posweb in the MC server.
Did you verify that it is working ?
Yes we have verified and Menu items are imported to the MC
If the revenue is parent in the MC Table : posifc_transaction
Have you specified the property number in the IFC setup fin Materials Control for the POS Sequence field ?
We cross checked all IFC configuration as per the document .Hope there is no problem with IFC configuration , Menu items are importing.
Have you specified the pos device numbers according to the manual ?
Yes we have specified .
The SFTP client is exporting the revenue as xml file , is there any way to import the revenue from xml file ?

So if the export files are being received but still MC doesn't see the Sales Revenue then please check the MC configuration as the files need to be
imported to MC.
So please double check proper MC configuration and let me know if still problems with importing sales to MC.

We have configured the MCSimphony(hosted) interface in one starwood property Riyadh , The menu items and details are imported to the MC and
successfully synced as products. The revenue is not importing from the Simphony . Simphony side , they have setup the MC SFTP Transport Interface
and its exporting revenue as xml file , not to MC posifc_trasaction table directly .
What configuration need to do for import revenue to MC table directly . Or is there any way to import the revenue from the XML files?
