Significance of the Study

• This study will be a source of knowledge on how to undertake a study on the trading system
in the new normal.
• This study will benefit the students of BSCA to identify the factors that may encounter in the
trading system under the new normal.
• This research will benefit the respondents to evaluate reforms and formulate efforts for
continuous trade facilitation despite the pandemic.
• The Bureau of Customs is charged with assessing and collecting customs revenues, curbing
illicit trade and all forms of customs fraud, and facilitating trade through an efficient and
effective customs management system.
• Future researchers will benefit from this study to gather more information about the trading
system under the pandemic.
