AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, NANETH SANDARAN, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Bgy. Bagong-Sikat,

Puerto Princesa City, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and
say:

1. That I am currently residing on the land owned and registered under the name of
Heirs of Leonisa Yap Tagamolila, Alfonso V. Yap, Enrique V. Yap, et al., situated at Bgy
Bagong-Sikat, Puerto Princesa City, and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 98074;

2. That I recognize that I do not have any legal claim as an owner, possessor, tenant,
occupant or otherwise, of the said land. That my entry in and possession of the said property
is solely by tolerance of its owners. Likewise, I recognize that I do not have any right to
remain on the said property nor to possess the same;

3. That since the said parcel of land is now owned by and registered under the name
of the Heirs of Leonisa Yap Tagamolila, Alfonso V. Yap, Enrique V. Yap, et al, I recognize all
their rights and privileges over the said property including the right to possess the same
peacefully and exclusively;

4. In view thereof, I hereby undertake to vacate the above-mentioned parcel of land

owned by the Heirs of Leonisa Yap Tagamolila, Alfonso V. Yap, Enrique V. Yap, et al. and
remove all the structures I have constructed thereon WITHIN TWO (2) MONTHS FROM
DATE OR UNTIL MARCH 22, 2021, the of Heirs of Leonisa Yap Tagamolila, Alfonso V. Yap,
Enrique V. Yap, et al being free from any liability and obligation; and

5. I further understand that failure on my part to comply with this undertaking will
oblige of Heirs of Leonisa Yap Tagamolila, Alfonso V. Yap, Enrique V. Yap, et al to file the
necessary court actions against us and charge us for legal fees and costs of suit; and

6. Lastly, I acknowledged receipt of the amount of

Alfonso V. Yap, Enrique V. Yap, et al. in trust and as payment for whatever structure that we
may leave on the above-mentioned land that may be of use to the Heirs of Leonisa Yap
