SUMMERY:

JOB SUMMARY:
Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as
employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee
services by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities
 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the
overall business strategy
 Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands,
grievances or other issues
 Manage the recruitment and selection process
 Support current and future business needs through the development,
engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
 Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
across the organization
 Nurture a positive working environment

JOB SPECIFICATION OF HR MANEGER:


The following requirements (job specifications) were determined by job
analysis and derived from the job description as crucial for success in the human
resources director role. The successful candidate for the human resources director
position will possess these qualifications.
Responsibilities:
 Managing the full portfolio of HR services for the allocated division, incl.:
people strategy and management, performance management, compensation
& benefits, learning & development, international employee mobility,
graduate and experienced recruitment, innovation in people management,
personal administration, labour code application incl. implementation of HR
systems.
 Co-leading, co-managing and developing the local HR team.
 Managing allocated budget.

Experience:
 Proven track record in people management.
 Involvement in people processes/initiatives.
 Experience with change management.
 4+ years' experience in a multinational environment (preferably in a
professional services firm). 
Skills and knowledge:
 Proven people leadership (managing a team).
 Ability to establish rapport with all levels of the organization (esp. Partners,
Managers and HR colleagues), influence and assist them.
 Able to work in a matrix structure type of organization.
 Ability to understand key business drivers, to design and deliver appropriate
HR solutions.
 Diplomacy, tenacity and the ability to offer wise counsel.
 Superior communication skills, including fluent Czech and English (both
written and spoken).
 Ability to plan, priorities and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all
deadlines are met, delivering a high-quality service.
 A team player who enjoys a fast pace environment have a positive attitude,
maturity and self-confidence in dealing with subordinates, superiors and
third parties.
Qualifications:
 Minimum Master degree.
 Education in HR related/social sciences degree is an advantage.
 Other HR/people management related certificates is an advantage (coaching
etc.).
