2. Have somebody filming you. 

3. Edit it to last not more than 5 minutes.
4. Rehearsal before producing it. 
5. Write out  possible answers.  
6. Disguise yourself to contextualize the interview. 
7.  Be able to articulate what excites you about this position.

I: I am a positive person who has enthusiasm in life.  I love my job and I

get a great sense of happiness from seeing my students develop and grow

I.  I have a colleague in this university who suggested that I apply for this
position. 

I : WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK FOR THIS UNIVERSITY ? 

I I am mainly interested in this position because: I love challenging
myself to work with university students who have other priorities but
English. 

I : WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER

CANDIDATES ? 
I :I think an unique because I have direct experience working online
courses as well as I understand how important it is to take English as a
language to explore more fields. 

I : WHAT ARE YOUR BIGGEST STRENGTHS ? 

  I  I think one of my biggest strengths is that I am constantly reflecting
on my   
       practice and looking for ways to improve it. Although, I have
experience ! 

I : WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER TO BE YOUR WEAKNESS ?  

      I  I think one of my biggest weaknesses is that I am not all about
technology. 
     Although, I  permanently find ways to overcome these issues by
training    
     myself with available webinars, seminars.

   I  After learning more about this position I feel confident to start
working as soon as possible
