West Banking Corporation (“EWBC”).
Records show that you availed of the auto loan facility of EWBC in the amount of Php830,400.00 payable in 60
equal monthly installments at Php20,763.00 (“Loan”). To secure the payment of the Loan, you mortgaged a 2019
HYUNDAI ACCENT 1.6 CRDI GL AT DSL.
For the purposes of the loan and mortgage, you executed a Promissory Note with Chattel Mortgage. In violation
