The words of Dodinsky serve as a reminder. A reminder that the way we can bring
meaning into our lives is to devote ourselves in serving others and creating something that
could give us purpose. And in our position, we find that meaning through service. We never
despair in doing things that we love. We do things from the heart. We serve with love and with
utmost sincerity and honesty.

As years passed, NOCECO progresses and serves the people with delight and utmost
care and sincerity. Today, we are proud of those developments. Those have become our
motivations to be more. For us, to serve with respect is to love truly.

Service is the noblest act of love. NOCECO is made with a purpose, and that is to create
a culture of great service. We have achieved so much than we ever thought. Howbeit, those
achievements are just manifestations that we belong to a dignified organization. We possessed
the characteristics of being dedicated to tasks, with love for hard work, and strong faith in God.
We serve in harmony. Everyone has a purpose. It is not just about service. It is about working
together and never leaving anyone behind.

Achievements are wonderful ways for us to recognize and celebrate the choices, and
sometimes, the sacrifices it has made. But still, we believe that what made us the most proud is
not the actual achievement itself, but what we have done to get it. As Ralph Waldo Emerson
said, “The reward of a team well done is to have done it.” Any achievement is just an icing on
the cake, not to be expected but definitely to be enjoyed. However, we are challenged not to
rest on our laurels but to continue to strive towards even loftier goals. And we, the auditing
team, will continue to serve our purpose. We will work hand in hand to create a more
progressive and trustworthy cooperative. We are aware that it isn’t a smooth ride. It takes
time, patience, dedication, and effort. It is never easy, but we will be persistent and remain
motivated. For in our hands, we hold the torch to blaze a path to be more and do more. We are
challenged to continually enhance ourselves and to push towards boundless possibilities. In our
minds, we see the vision for an even brighter future. We are tasked to see the past hurdles and
balance through the tight rope without blinking our eyes away from the finish line. In our
spirits, we hold the noble values to carry out our endeavors completely with integrity. We are
confronted with the resolve to attune our outward actions to our inner values at whatever
price, no matter the cost. Finally, in our hearts, we hold love for what we undertake. We are
